Your Need to Knows

We are so excited to start this learning journey with you! Education is vital to our life together and we are honored that you are taking the time to prayerfully consider ELDS. As you prepare, here are some important "need to knows" to make sure we are all ready for this journey to begin:

Schedule a time to visit our campus, talk with our directors, and tour our classrooms.

The Parent and Student Handbook is not something that needs to be printed, but is vital to our educational journey together

Registration Form

This form highlights the costs of our program, provides verification that registration fees are paid, and attest to the starting age of each of our students for proper program placement.

Texas DHHS Admissions Form

This form is used to collect all necessary contact, health, and family information for the enrollment process. This form is required by DHHS for all students.

2025-2026 Parent and Guardian Handbook

This booklet highlights all of the protocols and procedures of our day school. This booklet includes contact information, general weekly schedules, and policies that govern and lead our pathways of communication with students, staff, and families

Forms

These forms include important items for your child's file such as photo release, information on parent's rights, our operational discipline and guidance policy, and more. These forms are required to complete enrollment.
